These rules for buying and selling goods of the megasonus.lt online store (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the conditions for using the megasonus.lt online store (hereinafter - megasonus.lt, the Seller). General provisions
1.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of Goods are a legal document binding on the parties, which is considered an integral and inseparable part of the Rules, and which sets out the rights and obligations of the Customer and/or the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions and procedures for the purchase and payment of the Goods, the conditions for the delivery and return of the Goods and procedure, responsibility of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods on the Website.
1.2. The following have the right to buy Goods on the Website:
1.2.1 able-bodied natural persons, i.e. i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legal acts;
1.2.2 minors between the ages of sixteen and eighteen, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are emancipated;
1.2.3 legal entities represented by a person acting according to the founding documents of this legal entity;
1.2.4 authorised representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.3 All Contracts for the purchase of Goods on the Website are concluded in Lithuanian. The essential terms of the Agreement and information on the ordered Goods are provided to the Buyer at the time of placing the order for the Goods on the Website; The Seller sends the Buyer a link to the valid Rules together with the order confirmation to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. postal address.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
2.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

2.4. The buyer must provide the correct requested data when shopping on the website. In case of incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, incorrect data submission and payment of the order or selection of another payment method and confirmation of the order, the Buyer assumes all additional costs and losses arising from this.
2.5. The buyer must accept the goods from the courier himself.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
3.1. The seller establishes conditions and provides the opportunity to use the online facility and purchase goods and services.
3.2. The seller reserves the right to cancel the login account and its data, limit the use of the website and the online store without prior notice.
3.3. The seller has the right, without prior notice, to cancel and block false, inaccurate, incompletely filled out, unused, used outside of its intended purpose or engaging in illegal activities, seeking to harm or violating these Rules and website terms of use login accounts.
3.4. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the purchase and sale agreements, to notify the Buyer immediately if due to circumstances that could not be foreseen in advance, an error, balance change, supply disruption or other circumstances, he cannot fulfill the contract and to offer another option, if such is possible. In case of termination of the contract, the amount paid is returned to the buyer within 5 working days (hereinafter referred to as d.d.).
3.5. The seller reserves the right to cancel the completed order if the order cannot be fulfilled due to the fault of the buyer, e.g. incomplete or inaccurate requested data, inaccurate or misleading delivery address specified; in the absence of the possibility to contact the Buyer by phone or e-mail.
3.6. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the paid purchase agreement and return the money paid to the Buyer within 10 days, if the order cannot be fulfilled due to the Buyer's fault, e.g. incomplete or inaccurate requested data, inaccurate or misleading delivery address specified; in the absence of the possibility to contact the Buyer by phone or e-mail. The buyer is informed by e-mail about the termination of the contract.
4. PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
4.1. The Buyer can pay for goods and services using the online banking login system or by advance transfer.
4.2. The goods are paid for by advance transfer only.
4.3. When paying by bank transfer or on behalf of another person, it is necessary to specify the order code in the payment destination field. Failure to provide an order code may result in longer order processing and delivery times.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
5.1. Most of our items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

5.3. The price of delivery of goods is indicated separately, after choosing the delivery method in the shopping cart.
5.4. When receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect the goods - if an error, violation or other discrepancy is noticed, the Buyer must not accept the shipment. After receiving the goods, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in order and without any defects. If the delivered goods do not correspond to the order submitted by the Buyer or a part of the shipment is missing, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by e-mail info@megasonus.lt
6. RETURN OF GOODS
6.1. The Buyer can return the goods no later than within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Returned goods must be of good quality, undamaged and unassembled, with original packaging.
6.2. The buyer is refunded the full price paid for the returned goods. The costs of returning the goods to the Seller are paid by the Buyer.
6.3. The money paid by the buyer is returned no later than within 10 days. from the date of delivery of returned goods by the Buyer to the Seller.

7. GOOD WARRANTY
7.1. Purchased tires are covered by a 2-year warranty.
7.2. The warranty is provided for manufacturing defects, improper or improper use of the goods is not covered by the warranty.
7.3. The warranty takes effect from the date of sale of the tires.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1 The Buyer and the Seller agree that all disputes, claims and/or disagreements related to the Agreement or arising from its execution, violation, termination or invalidity shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2 In the event that the Buyer does not agree with the Seller's response to the Buyer's written claim, the Buyer may submit his request/complaint regarding the goods purchased on megasonus.lt to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat .lt, phone 8 5 262 67 51, fax (8 5) 279 1466, on the website www.vvtat.lt). 12.3 In the event of a dispute, the Buyer should first contact the Seller, and if the dispute cannot be resolved, he has the right to contact the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm ?event=main.home.chooseLanguage12.4 The Seller has the right to change, correct or supplement the rules for the purchase and sale of Goods in the manner provided for in the Website Usage Procedure, therefore, when the Buyer places an order for Goods, the rules for the purchase and sale of Goods valid at the time of placing the order for Goods will be applied.
